Condo party room
Confirm the room booking and building access with your concierge. Share the unit or room, buzzer, loading entrance and elevator instructions. Have someone available to meet the delivery.
Backyard gathering
Identify the gate or access route and a stable, protected serving area. Plan an indoor alternative for poor weather and discuss any warming equipment before the event.
Who sets up, serves and clears away?
Standard catering is delivered in serving trays. Setup, chafing equipment, cleanup, and serving staff can be added when included in the quote. We do not offer live cooking or carving stations, linens, or rentals.
Serving utensils and guest disposables should appear separately in the quote when needed. Confirm who will look after the buffet and ask for handling instructions for any food kept for later.
All meat served by Shawarma Moose is halal and supplied by Arslan Shawarma Production. The kitchen does not handle non-halal meat, pork, or alcohol. Supplier documentation is available on request. Falafel and tofu are plant-based options. Send separate quantities for each dietary selection and disclose every allergy before ordering. Can I order catering for 10 or 15 people at home?+
All catering packages have a 10-guest minimum, including the $12/person Build Your Own Shawarma Bar and Sandwich & Wrap Platter. For a simpler meal, choose Just Wraps at $10/person or Shawarma & Rice at $10/person in shared trays. Individual meals and Moose Wrap Boxes are also available by quote. Wrap boxes are priced per box, not per person.
Will someone stay to serve the food and clean up?+

Can you deliver to a condo party room or backyard?+

How should I count children and guests arriving later?+
Tell us the total number eating, how many are children and whether everyone will eat at the same time. Ask the team to confirm portions and quantities; do not assume a child discount or an extra portion allowance. Individual meals can make a staggered handoff easier to plan.
Can halal and vegan guests eat from the same order?+

How far ahead should I book a home party?+
