Confirm the room booking and building access with your concierge. Share the unit or room, buzzer, loading entrance and elevator instructions. Have someone available to meet the delivery.
Identify the gate or access route and a stable, protected serving area. Plan an indoor alternative for poor weather and discuss any warming equipment before the event.

Catering inquiries start at 10 guests, but package minimums differ. The $10/person Picnic Buffet and Sandwich & Wrap Platter each require 20 guests. For 10–19 guests, request a quote for individual meals or Moose Wrap Boxes, or ask which buffet is available for your group. Wrap boxes are priced per box, not per person.
