What's family-style mean here?

Large platters of food set on each table, shared by the guests sitting there. It's how Mediterranean food traditionally gets eaten — everyone picks what they want, passes the plate.

What's included?

Beef and chicken kebabs on saffron basmati, fattoush and Greek salads, samosas or fries with garlic aioli, fresh fruit platter, and drinks. Setup and cleanup can be added to the quote.

Do you provide servers?

Serving staff and chafing dishes are available only when specifically added to the itemized quote. They are not included in the base package, and we do not provide live cooking stations, linens, or rentals.
