    Get an itemized quote

    We come back within a few hours during business hours, with line-item pricing and recommended packages.

  3. 03

    Confirm the order

    We accept e-transfer / EFT, credit card including AMEX, cheque, or PO. When needed, payment can be made on the day of the event before delivery.

  4. 04

    We deliver, you eat

    Arrival 30–45 minutes before event start. Driver calls and texts on arrival.

Invoicing

Secure invoicing, with PO support.

Invoices include payment-link support and PO references when provided. If your order is sent through EazePro, the order/invoice already includes a payment link for card payment. We can update addresses, dates, or split into multiple invoices on request. Void cheques and vendor forms are available for finance departments.

About the process.

How far in advance should I book?

Confirm at least 5 days in advance. Same-day quotes are standard during business hours, and we can usually accommodate last-minute changes on the day of the event — including guest-count increases and menu adjustments.

How does the quote process work?

Tell us the event date, headcount, format preference (buffet, individual, family-style, or unsure), and any dietary notes. We send an itemized quote within a few hours during business hours. You confirm with a 50% deposit, and we lock in the delivery time.

Can I make changes after I book?

Yes — we're flexible up to and including the day of the event. Guest count increases, menu adjustments, additional add-ons are all accommodated. Larger format changes (buffet to plated, etc.) typically need 3 days notice.

What if I need to cancel?

We offer credit for future orders when customers cancel catering bookings. Refunds are handled case-by-case.
