General

How many people do you cater for?

From 10 to 1,000 guests. Anywhere in that range is in our wheelhouse — board lunches to mosque dinners, baby showers to wedding receptions. Below 10 or above 1,000, call Sam at (647) 340-8001 to discuss options.

Pricing

How much does catering cost?

Buffets start from $10/person (Picnic Buffet Bar). The Mediterranean Feast Buffet starts from $23/person. Individually packaged bowls start from $14/person. All pricing is exclusive of 13% HST.

What's included in the price?

The food itself, all sauces and sides listed for the package, and standard delivery. Disposables (plates, cutlery, napkins) are an extra $0.50/person but often waived on request. Beverages and dessert add-ons are priced separately.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes — 5% off for orders confirmed before our early-booking deadline (varies by event), and repeat-customer pricing on individual bowls (from $12/person for 25+ guests). Nonprofit pricing on request for registered charities.

What are your payment terms?

50% deposit to confirm the order, remaining balance due the day before the event or on delivery. We accept e-transfer (shawarmamoose898@gmail.com), credit cards via secure payment links (2.9% surcharge), cheques, and purchase orders. Invoiced through QuickBooks.

Delivery

What's the delivery fee?

Standard delivery is $40 across most of Toronto. Outer GTA (Burlington, Whitby, Oshawa) is $50–$70. Multi-day events may waive the delivery fee. The fee is included in your itemized quote upfront.

Do you deliver across the GTA?

Yes — Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, East York, York. See our catering pages for delivery details by city.

When does the food arrive?

Standard delivery is 30–45 minutes before the event start time. We can adjust timing the day before. Our driver will call and text the contact person on arrival.

Dietary & allergens

Is everything halal?

Yes. 100% halal-certified across the entire menu, with no exceptions. Vegan and vegetarian options are always available alongside.

What dietary options do you offer?

Halal, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and vegetarian options across the menu. We exclude nuts, gluten, dairy, or pineapple on request, and we accommodate avocado, kiwi, apple, and sunflower allergies. Each meal is clearly labelled with dietary tags.

Process & booking

How far in advance should I book?

Confirm at least 5 days in advance. Same-day quotes are standard during business hours, and we can usually accommodate last-minute changes on the day of the event — including guest-count increases and menu adjustments.

How does the quote process work?

Tell us the event date, headcount, format preference (buffet, individual, family-style, or unsure), and any dietary notes. We send an itemized quote within a few hours during business hours. You confirm with a 50% deposit, and we lock in the delivery time.

Can I make changes after I book?

Yes — we're flexible up to and including the day of the event. Guest count increases, menu adjustments, additional add-ons are all accommodated. Larger format changes (buffet to plated, etc.) typically need 3 days notice.

What if I need to cancel?

We offer credit for future orders when customers cancel catering bookings. Refunds are handled case-by-case.

Events

Do you cater weddings?

Yes — our Mediterranean Feast Buffet (from $23/person) is our most-booked wedding package. Includes kebabs over saffron rice, two salads, dessert, drinks, and on-site setup. Tastings available for confirmed weddings.

Do you cater Iftar during Ramadan?

Yes — our Iftar package starts from $12/person and includes chicken, beef, falafel, flavoured basmati rice, garlic-fried potatoes, salad, and sauces. We coordinate delivery to land before sunset.

Can you do recurring weekly office lunches?

Yes — recurring orders get a dedicated account contact (Sam) and repeat pricing. We track building delivery instructions, dietary preferences, and head-count patterns over time.
