What comes in a holiday catering box?
The proposed Holiday Meal Box includes one main, Greek rice, lemon-garlic roasted potatoes, Greek salad with feta on the side, hummus and pita, garlic/tzatziki/hot sauces on the side, and a separately packed dessert. Main choices are chicken shawarma, chicken souvlaki, beef shawarma, falafel or tofu. Dessert choices are chocolate baklava, a cookie or a brownie.
The proposed food price is $19 CAD per person, subject to confirmation of the menu, portions and final price in a written quote. Delivery, 13% HST and requested extras are additional. The catering minimum is 10 guests. Everyday boxed lunches are separate packages with different inclusions and prices.
How many Christmas lunch boxes should you order?
Order one complete meal for each person eating. Count standard and dietary meals together in the total, then reconcile the main and dessert quantities independently. The example below is an illustrative 50-person staff lunch, not a completed customer event.

A falafel or tofu selection does not automatically make the full box vegan or gluten-free. Review rice, potatoes, salad, sauces, pita and dessert against the actual requirements. What do 25, 50 or 100 holiday boxes cost?
At the proposed $19 seasonal rate, one standard $40 delivery and 13% HST produce the following illustrative budgets. The final written quote controls the price.

What should the meal labels say?
Agree a main-selection label and, if useful, a guest name or pickup group. Keep a private organizer list for dietary requirements and confirm ingredients with the catering team. A label helps deliver the right meal to the right person; it does not replace ingredient and preparation review.

How do you arrange holiday meals across shifts?
- List actual serving times. Record each shift’s headcount, selections and break window.
- Agree each delivery. Confirm the entrance, receiving contact and fee for every drop, including early-morning or late-night arrangements.
- Assign a receiver. Give them the total and selection counts so they can check the handoff.
- Plan food holding with the team. Do not assume a hot meal delivered for the first shift can sit out until later breaks.
- Confirm changes before the deadline. Holiday availability and the final count/menu cutoff are agreed for your order.

What should you send for a holiday-box quote?
Send the event date, meal times, delivery address, receiving instructions, count by main and dessert, dietary requirements, requested labels and extras. State whether your budget includes delivery and HST. A quote request does not reserve a date.
