What vegan and vegetarian buffet packages can I request?+
Choose Signature, Classic or Feast in either collection. Signature centres falafel, Classic adds tofu and a fuller spread, and Feast adds vine leaves, dessert and drinks. Vegan plans use garden salad and dairy-free sauces; vegetarian plans include feta and tzatziki. The kitchen confirms the complete recipe and portions in your quote.
What is the difference between the vegan and vegetarian menus?+
Vegan menu requests exclude meat, dairy, eggs and honey. Vegetarian plans exclude meat but may include dairy and eggs. We confirm sauces, bread, cheese and dessert ingredients for the selected menu. Feta, tzatziki and baklava are not included in the vegan plans.
Can I order vegan meals alongside other catering?+
Yes. Tell us the total guest count and separate counts for vegan, vegetarian and other meals. Count each guest once, then record any overlapping allergy or dietary needs separately. Your quote identifies the selected plant-based menu and the other meals still to confirm.
Do you offer individual plant-based lunches?+
You can request labelled vegan or vegetarian falafel bowls, or a vegan falafel wrap platter. Bowl recipes, quantities and pricing are confirmed in the quote; the regular wrap platter requires at least 10 guests. Ask about tofu availability for an individual meal.
How much do the plant-based packages cost?+
Both vegan and vegetarian buffets start at $12 per person for Signature, $16 for Classic and $19 for Feast, in CAD. Individual bowls and wrap platters are priced in your quote. All catering packages have a 10-guest minimum. Delivery, 13% HST, extras, supplies and optional service are separate.
Is a vegan meal automatically suitable for allergies?+
No. Share the exact allergy before ordering so the kitchen can review the ingredients and preparation for that guest. Bread and tabbouleh can contain wheat, tahini contains sesame and tofu contains soy. We confirm the relevant ingredients and handling for each requested meal.
